EZ-CAPA™ is available as both a hosted solution as well as a client installed application. Both options are web-based and come with customer support so that you can be up and running effectively and efficiently.  Implementation options include:

• In-house hosted web software (Extranet) – Users may connect from inside and outside your physical organization via a URL or a domain address.
• In-house hosted web software (Intranet) – Users may connect from within your organization via your internal or company-wide network. Out of network users, i.e. individuals working from home or traveling, can connect via a secured VPN connection.
• PSC-hosted web software (Hosted Solution) – Hosted within PSC’s secure datacenter. Users may connect from inside and outside your physical location via a URL or a domain address in the same manner as an Extranet.

Software licenses entitle you to perpetual use and include 12 months maintenance of updates and support. Renewing maintenance is entirely optional.
