Electronic Request Organization
Audit requests are organized by chronological order, numerical order, auditor, presenter and request status. Some of the highlights of the Electronic Request Organization feature of Audit Utopia™ include:
- Users can see requests in real-time, check status, update, add attachments and create new requests.
- Interaction with requests is permission based.
- Each request is identified by Auditor, avoiding confusion and streamlining the data presentation.
- Each request is assigned a "Presenter", who is the subject area expert.
- Each request is identified as "Open" or "Closed", can be marked as a Post-Audit Issue, and Audit Utopia™ notes if copies were made for the inspector.
