Shock Testing
Evaluation of packaging design based on the ability of the package to withstand damage caused during storage and /or transport is an important factor for manufacturers. PSC can help you understand the fragility or vulnerability of your packing design by conducting shock testing.

Mechanical shock testing is performed to determine the ability of the product packaging to withstand moderately severe shocks resulting from suddenly applied forces or abrupt changes in motion encountered during mishandling, improper transportation, or field operation.

Thermal shock testing is performed to assess the resistance of packaging to sudden changes in temperature.
