Environmental Testing
Prior to product commercialization, the manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that the packaged product can maintain label claim temperature storage conditions during the product distribution process. PSC can validate your packaged product to ensure that label claim temperature storage conditions are maintained during product distribution. Environmental testing is used to determine a product's ability to withstand worst case environmental conditions. The packaged product is exposed to simulated high/low temperature fluctuations in a controlled environmental chamber for a specified period of time. Other test parameters such as humidity and vibration may also be introduced. Test parameters can be combined based on the expected product distribution process. Testing is done in accordance with standards such as ISTA 2A or can be designed to your specifications. Our team works closely with you to provide the testing services to meet your requirements.
