Commissioning

Commissioning is the step between the Installation Qualification (IQ) and the Operational Qualification (OQ) for a new facility. It is like a "practice-run" for the OQ where engineers have an opportunity to tune-up systems and correct mistakes that were made in assembling the new facility (and there will be some!). The commissioning team needs to be a team of troubleshooters who are well-trained in change control. A PSC commissioning team can assure that your new facility OQ will go smoothly, and that you will not waste money and time wondering why equipment and utilities are not working as expected.
