Pharmaceutical Services Corporation (PSC) provides health insurance for employee and spouse and/or family. PSC will pay 100% of employee insurance and 50% of employee spouse and/or family insurance in premium.

As of June 1, 2006, PSC is using PacifiCare HMO 20/40-500 (available to CA employees only), PPO 35/70-50/1000. Those employees wishing to get better coverage can select PPO 35/80-60/500 but would have to pay the difference between the PPO 35/70 plan. PSC provides you and your family with dental benefit through Pacific Care Dental Plan. PSC will pay 100% of employee insurance and 50% of employee spouse and/or family insurance in premium.

PSC provides you and your family with vision benefits through Vision Service Plan (VSP). PSC will pay 100% of employee insurance premium and 50% of employee’s spouse and/or family insurance premium.


PSC provides Short and Long Term Disability Benefits through Hartford Insurance.

Short Term Disability benefits are designed to pay a portion of your salary if you are disabled due to an accident or illness. This benefit covers you for any injury or illness that is not job related.

Long Term Disability benefits are designed to pay a portion of your salary if you are disabled due to an accident or illness. The benefits are paid monthly and will be paid as long as you are disabled according to the plan provision.
