Short and Long Term Disability
PSC provides Short and Long Term Disability Benefits.
Short Term Disability benefits are designed to pay a portion of your salary if you are disabled due to an accident or illness. This benefit covers you for any injury or illness that is not job related.
Long Term Disability benefits are designed to pay a portion of your salary if you are disabled due to an accident or illness. The benefits are paid monthly and will be paid as long as you are disabled according to the plan provision.
PSC observes nine (9) Recognized Holidays. Holiday schedule varies per calendar year.
Personal Time Off
PSC provides Personal Time Off (PTO) for each employee. Employees in their first year, will accrue 10 days. Once you complete your first year your PTO accrual will raise according to the list below.
